We believe in the power of community and are deeply devoted to empowering individuals and families to thrive. Our mission encompasses providing vital training and education in areas such as holistic wellness, women’s health, and preventive care. Furthermore, we are passionately dedicated to raising awareness and providing resources for the prevention of domestic violence and human trafficking.
Our engagement in the Stoughton community, including sponsoring multiple domestic violence awareness workshops at the local library, reflects our proactive approach. We understand the critical need for immediate support, which is why we provide accessible resources for emergency help platforms addressing domestic violence, suicide prevention, and substance abuse.
The purpose of DESIGNED TO SUCCEED INITIATIVE, INC. (DTSI) is to become a positive solution to all forms of negativity (poverty, homelessness, human trafficking, and literacy issues) in our families and community. By the collaboration of community-based organizations united in purpose to implement music/drama/dance, entrepreneurship, health and wellness programs/workshops that will create awareness, hope and possible wealth for individuals and their families that will change their current circumstances to a positive outcome.

Minister Laurie Pipkins is a sister, wife, and mother who recently relocated to North Carolina from Canton, Massachusetts She is the second of 7 siblings who are musically talented for the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is also an author, community ambassador, composer, and gospel recording artist, recently releasing her 6th project as a single entitled ‘You are faithful’.
Laurie has been serving in outreach ministry for over 43 years and has committed to serve the Lord wholeheartedly wherever God opens the door, as well as through the study and application of the Word of God. Her style of music is melodious, anointed, edifying, uplifting and jubilant for praise and worship is a vital part of her life. In her years as a praise and worship leader and soloist, she has traveled and ministered at open-air outreach meetings, mission crusades, prisons, and many other venues local and abroad. Her greatest passion is to sing and dance to inspirational and gospel music. Laurie loves to sing hymns/psalms and a variety of other Christian music unto the Lord and this has carried her through the greatest storms. She is an encouragement to all, reminding them that God loves everyone unconditionally, no matter where you are in life. YOU are important to Him and your life has purpose.
Among many other entrepreneurial ventures, Laurie is the CEO of Rainbow Praze Music/Ministry, a team of fellow sisters and brothers in the Kingdom of God dedicated to sharing the Gospel with like-mindedness to serve in the church and communities through the Arts in theater, mime ministry, stepping, dance, and music. Performing in a Christian musical called ‘Abraham & Sarah’, the cast toured throughout New England as well as with church & community choirs telling of the goodness of Jesus Christ.
Laurie is embarking on writing a book that will tell the story of how God has brought her through victoriously in many life situations which prepared her to be the daughter of the Kingdom with purpose and power. Laurie is the product of God’s Love and continues to serve him with confidence, humility, and diligence.
